Keywords: square column; confined concrete; double layer stirrup; bearing capacity
Abstract.
Engineering experience showed that: when the stirrup characteristic value of a concrete column is small, the single layer stirrup has insignificant lateral constraint effect in the concrete column, while the double layer stirrup, substituting for the single layer stirrup, will effectively improve the strength and ductility of the concrete column.

Abstract.
In the last 10 years, the PSRC beam has been widely applied in engineering fields of high-rise buildings, super-tall buildings, large span and heavy-duty buildings, large space public buildings, underground structures, bridges and prefabricated structures [1-3].
A large of number of engineering practice and academic research[6-9] shows that the numerical analysis method can simulate the structural behaviors well.
