Introduction Aerogels are highly porous materials with lots of extreme properties.
They are regarded as the materials of the 21st century, and potentially one of the most useful substances ever created [1].
For comparison purposes, two other acoustic insulation materials were also tested under the same conditions.
The aerogels made in this investigation are excellent thermal insulation materials with light weight.

Introduction CuIn1-xGaxSe2 (CIGS) is one of the most important polycrystalline semiconducting materials, used as an absorber in solar cell application.
It is a I-III-VI2 group of semiconducting material with chalcopyrite structure.
It is emerged as a leading material for solar cell with efficiency about 20% [1-3].

More recent studies have demonstrated bone neoformation with the use of some types of resorbable polymeric membranes alone or with osteoinductive bioceramic bone graft can exclude non-osteogenic soft tissue, so that the spaces created by the material were repopulated by cells able to produce bone tissue [1, 2].
This article shows the study in guided bone regeneration, with PDLLA (poly-DL-lactides) membranes showing excellent clinical results in the bone regeneration around dental implants with peripheral bone defects, and the use of the material reduces importantly the cost of treatment.
Materials and methods Eight mature mongrel dogs were used in this experiment.
A B C Light micrograph observation showed the bone formation was found surrounding the bone graft fragments and a bone -like layer formed on the surface of the resorbable membrane materials and their pore walls.
