Precision of model is closely correlated with the stabilization of production, the reduction of cost and quality of steel.
We use triangular polynomial fitting certain part of the data sequences,to obtain a data sequence of the certain part of oxygen content.
The uncertain part of the data sequences of oxygen content.
The certain part of the data sequences is subtracted from the data sequences of the oxygen content in the molten steel sampled by killing oxygen instrument; the result is the uncertain part of the data sequences.
FIG. 3 is the uncertain part of the data sequences.

The sub-micrometre size platinum particles via chemical reduction of hexachloroplatinic acid in aqueous solution was investigated by UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy, X-ray diffraction and FTIR Spectroscopy.
The most popular route to prepare Pt particles is chemical liquid phase reduction of Pt salts [8,9].
Hydrazine hydrate [10], sodium citrate [11], and ascorbic acid [12-14] are often used as reduction.
The mechanism of the protection of PVP-K30 by which was used for stabilizing the platinum particles via chemical reduction of N2H4·H2O in aqueous solution was investigated by UV-Visible Spectroscopy (TU1901) and FTIR Spectroscopy (TENSOR27).
The electron diffraction pattern of the particles indicating that they were composed of platinum metal for the peaks position were consistent with the crystal datum of the platinum phase [18] and the significant broad peaks for such large particles provided an indication that the metal particles may be assemblies of much small Pt entities.

The results indicate that the reduction in wear rate on adding SiC or reducing the grain size is caused by a reduction in the area fraction of surface pullout by brittle fracture.
For low SiC contents (~2vol%), this reduction in surface pullout is a consequence of the reduction in size of the individual pullouts.
It is evident that increasing the SiC content reduces the area fraction of pullout, fpo, and that this reduction accrues both through a reduction in the number of pullouts per unit area, and through a reduction in the diameter of the individual pullouts.
Comparison of the contributions to pullout reduction from the reduction in pullout formation rate, pullout dimensions and wear rate relative to coarse grained alumina.
Discussion of Micromechanisms for the Inhibition of Pullout Formation The 10% SiC data point in Fig. 12 gives convincing evidence that the addition of sufficient SiC can directly inhibit the nucleation of pullouts during grinding.

The oil-water IFT presents a reduction at both high and low pH.
At least three data points were taken for every experiment and the calculated IFT results were averaged.
Table2 shows the extent of IFT reduction is higher in oil-water compared to oil-gas.
The rule can be confirmed by experimental data.
The oil-water IFT presents a reduction at both high and low pH.

The data were collected through three scans: first heating, cooling, second heating.
This data confirms that volume fraction of PLLA/TCP 70/30 amounts for 48/52 by weight.
The data are similar to those presented for PLLA/HA composite [20].
After compression moulding, it drops from 214.1 to 209,9 and from 0.249 to 0.235 dm3 g1 for PLLA and PLLA/TCP, respectively.Based on those data we can conclude that thermal processing of the PLLA causes its degradation resulted in viscosity reduction.
On the other hand, 12 months of incubation caused only slight reduction in molecular weight of the polymer in PLLA/TCP samples.

The purpose was to identify a solution regarding the reduction of noise emitted by the compressor in order to provide protection for the nearby residential area and the placement of a similar device in a new residential area in suitable environmental conditions.
The data collected were processed using “Frequency analysis software BZ 5503”.
The absorbing structures used (full modular panels and the panel with door and window) are designed as experimental model designed in the Noise and Vibration Laboratory of INCDPM Bucharest, model tested at INCERC Bucharest is offering a sound reduction up to 20 dB(A).
Fig.4 Noise map of the compressor Conclusions The purpose of the research was to identify a solution regarding the reduction of noise emitted by the gas compressor in order to provide sound protection for the nearby residential area and also, the placement of a similar equipment in a new residential area in suitable environmental conditions.
Technical project of the absorbing enclosure includes full modular panels and a panel with door and window, offering a sound reduction up to 20 dB(A).

As a result, tool breakage was prevented when using carbide tools and a large reduction in tool wear was confirmed when using cermet tools.
The data shows that the cutting temperatures in each of the mist cutting conditions are lower than those for dry cutting, with both the cemented carbide and cermet tools, while the oil-N2 mist cutting does not show a further reduction in temperature, as in the case of the mist cutting.
However, the tool wear reduction effect of N2-assisted cutting was evident in the measurements of tool wear.
Therefore, it seems that the main effect of oil-N2 mist cutting is not a reduction in oxidation temperature but a reduction in the tool's oxidation wear.
(3) The effects of N2-assisted cutting come mainly from the reduction of oxidation abrasion on the tool, rather than through a reduction of temperature by limiting thermally driven oxidation

With the increasing development of clean energy technologies, the application of new energy and carbon capture technology would have a positive effect for CO2 emissions reduction.
Literature [9-11] studied the importance of the carbon capture technology when it used to achieve the carbon reduction goal of a electric power system.
On the basis of traditional power constraints, adding the constraints of power capacity, wind power integrating capacity, carbon emission reduction targets, etc.
The constraints of annual carbon emissions reduction during the planning period: The emissions reduction targets as a constraint is the most direct and effective way to control the CO2 emission.
Put in the initial data, including information such as the original power supply, power supply plan to build.

The temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) experiment was carried out for 50 mg of catalyst.
In addition to the TPR result, the X-ray diffraction data also showed the existence of Mn3O4.
At low temperature, the manganese reduction peak is observed at 578 oC in Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalyst.
The addition of CeO2 to the Mn/TiO2 showed manganese reduction peaks at 561 oC.

EPC have an important role in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in China.
Introduction After the 1970s’ oil crisis broke out, Energy Performance Contract (EPC) was developed in the United States, and now has become one of the main methods of energy conservation and emission reduction in the world.
In this paper, indicates price, indicates performance level (mainly energy-saving rate, the reduction of energy costs), indicates the market demand, and meet。
To better understand those sensitivity factors’ influence on choosing performance level, and the choice of optimal performance level in order to obtain the maximum profit, Data simulations are done by a data selection:,,,,,,to simulate.
Select data: to stimulate.
