Currently, Zeolites is synthesised with chemicals ,which is used many areas of industrial production, but the method costs high, by both the source of chemical raw materials and their limitations, and do not meet the needs of zeolite applications, in particular, limits its applications broaden, Therefore, using cheap mineral - natural zeolite as raw material base, provides a new research trends for the preparation of zeolite.
In the primary period of the crystallization, enough primary crystal nucleus of the molecular sieve can not be supplied and natural zeolite purity is not as good as the pure chemical raw materials, maybe a mixed crystal phase is produced.
This is due to molecular sieve is a metastable material.

There are two ways that can be solving this problem, one is seeking ask for more excellent heat-resistant friction material, the other is developing research for use condition of multi-disc, depressing surface temperature in working process, and taping the potential of existing friction material.

Introduction
Lignin is one of predominant compounds existed in the lignocellulosic materials instead of celluloses and hemicelluloses (polysaccharides).
Alkaline hydrolysis is one of the major methods employed to separate lignin and polysaccharides from lignocellulosic materials.
Generally, holocellulose exists as the predominant composition in most lignocellulosic materials.

But in general, research on process, technology of foaming WPC is relatively few; properties of these materials have not been fully investigated and described.
The primary mixed materials were continued to mixing by HAKKE mixer at the melting temperature 180℃, rotational speed 40rpm and mixing time 12min.
Then these melted materials were smashed and granules were dried again in the same manner as indicated earlier for 2h. 3.
