Marechal V [1] used the sunflower stem fiber as raw material manufacturing packaging products, its strength is similar with polystyrene materials.
In the foam molding stage of biomass composites, the size is formed from pasty materials to foam plastics-like materials, its volume expands acutely and it finally fills in the cavity of the mold to reach the size and shape designed.
The process of compression molding is complicated involving related theories of various aspects, such as high polymer chemistry, materials science, thermodynamics and mechanical engineering etc.
Materials and methods Raw material compatibility.

For reducing the weight, it is effective to replace the materials having high specific gravity with those having low specific gravity such as aluminum, magnesium and titanium.
In this study, we tried to apply the FSW to join commercially pure titanium and magnesium alloy of AZ31B that are promising structural materials, and evaluated the properties of the joints.

As illustrated in Figs. 1a and b, two kinds of stress-strain curves are assumed for tube materials.
It is also difficult to know the accurate stress-strain curve for tube materials considered.

A lot of heat is produced and transformation between electric energy and thermal energy of material is realized.
This kind of heating can make internal and external material hot simultaneously and has the virtues of rapid heating, deep penetration, excellent controllability, et al[1].
