Analysis of a new expansive soils stabilization method made from Eco-cement and fiber reinforcement Aniculaesi Mircea1, a, Stanciu Anghel2,b and Lungu Irina3,c 1, 2, 3Faculty of Civil Engineering and Building Services, 43 Dimitrie Mangeron Blvd.
Introduction The civil engineering work cannot be separated from the foundation soil behavior which can posse a lot of problems in civil engineering design.
Nowadays, there is a mandatory responsibility in civil engineering that created a new trend in developing and using new materials with low impact on the environment.
The engineering properties of studied clay are presented in Table 2.

The supply of natural sand could not meet the requirements of engineering due to the excessive exploitation and using the Manufactured sand which instead of natural sand is one of the effective methods to resolve the shortage of natural sand.
The result of study can provide the reference in engineering practice which use the masonry mortar mixed manufactured sand not but mixed by Natural sand.
Introduction With the development of national infrastructure construction, civil engineering with sand increased year by year, and the resources of natural sand which meet the requirements of civil engineering is less and less.
The contradiction of engineering use sand between supply and demand becomes increasingly prominent.
Some place where the engineering project is located is lack of natural sand and natural sand must purchase from the other cities and delivered to the site.
