In order to assess the subgrade stability in seasonal frozen area objectively and accurately, with reference to the practical engineering testing of subgrade stability and the relevant evaluation standards of indexes in TableⅠ, the assessment result of each single index can be determined, namely u1 = [1.546, 4.295], u2 = [0.96, 1.04], u3 = [1/1.75, 1/1.5], u4 = [8.4, 9.0], u5 = [26, 28].

In this study, our contribution is primarily reliability engineer by the means with mathematical model based on a probabilistic approach.
probability of failure is: Ft+dt- F(t)1-F(t)= dF(t)1-F(t) (14) Poses: Zt=dF(t)1-F(t) (15) And one calls Z(t) : the instantaneous rate of failure From where the function of distribution: Ft=1-e-0tZt dt And the density of probability (Probability between t and t+dt): ft=Zt. e-0tZt dt (16) Finally the Function Reliability is: Rt=e-0tZt dt (17) 6-2 Use of the laws or statistical distributions for reliability [7-9] Generally, there are three statistical laws used by the reliability engineers
