Referring to the current quota index and market price for the state and provincial project budget and taking into consideration the similar project, 1.67 billion RMB will be invested to AUST new campus, of which 0.36 billion RMB was for the land cost, 0.073 billion RMB for the early stage of the project, 0.876 billion RMB for the construction and installment, and 0.159 billion RMB for the infrastructure (including road, planting, watering, electricity, etc.) and 0.057 billion RMB for other charges.
