Abstract
Zein as the hydrophobic porogen was used to prepare the PVDF porous membrane, ATR demonstrate that zein can be washed away conveniently and no existed in membrane bulk.
Potential applications of zein include use in fiber, coating, adhesive, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, textile, food and biodegradable materials.
Zein having the same kinds of solvents with conventional membrane materials is easy to be washed with alcohol aqueous solution[4], resulting in using as the hydrophobic porogen.
Experimental Materials.

Development of composite materials requires reinforcement and matrix in which fiber is
finest suitable material for reinforcement which improves properties of materials.
This is due to the fact that this material possesses characteristics that are comparable to conventional materials.

The processing of materials by high-energy ball milling (HEB) is an attractive method for preparing novel materials [7], which decreases the crystallite and particle size and induces the continuous formation of structural defects through the cycling cut and deformation of large crystallites [8].
