Exploring on Production Practice Reform of Teaching Process in Construction Engineering Zhongqiang Wanga, Tao Ouyangb School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Changsha University of Science & technology, Changsha, Hunan, 410114, China a244949212@qq.com, b805679051@qq.com Keywords: Construction engineering, Production practice, Teaching reform.
Production practice is an important teaching process in civil engineering.
The construction engineering major production and practice of the engineering construction of throughout many projects such as the earthwork, concrete engineering, reinforcing bar engineering, scaffolding engineering, decoration engineering, etc are put forward and the requirements of the master proper understanding, but due to the project is commonly cycle longer construction, therefore, in a short time of the production and practice, it is hard to track to construction of the whole face, the production practice often become the paper, failed to get fully implement.
Should give full play to compensate for the lack of production practice content, the application of advanced teaching methods such as the production of multimedia courseware, animation shows and describes the construction process and methods of on-site training cannot be seen to increase students' intuitive understanding of, but also the organization of expert lectures, to explain the project and the current popular computer software to enable students to enhance the contact of the theoretical knowledge and practical engineering, useful guidance and inspiration, enhance their practical ability.

Purpose of the current Paper is to provide a review on the legal fundamentals in creating a local scientific environment for development of the advanced technologies in Latvia.
Introduction In the scientific and professional literature a broad attention is devoted to the „analysis of emerging technologies” [1] or “advanced technologies”.
The knowledge fields to be promoted are development of smart specialisation strategies: smart materials, technologies and engineering systems, smart energy, information and communication technologies as well as KETs identified by the European Commission – nanotechnologies, micro- and nano-electronics, photonics, advanced materials and manufacturing systems, industrial biotechnology.
Within the further research it is planned to provide an assessment of the nanoscience indicators and analytical economic evaluation of the presented in the local market advanced technologies.

Materials Science Forum Vols. *** 533 Preparation for Designing an Open-architecture CNC From Abstract to Reification.
When simple API seems can not satisfy the advanced function requirements, we need know more details about our low platform and adjust some not wonderful APIs and their fixed realizations to adapt them for our specific applications such as critical responding time and special motion trajectory and so on.
So developing a CNC system becomes a general application and more advanced theories and technologies can be introduced into CNC system design.
Now it is the turn of the most advanced level of openness and what we can expect for is the introduction of grid-computing technology into CNC architecture.
