Abstract: The paper summarized and thought problems existing in construction of the urban garden landscape, and analyzed the applicable advantages, technical characteristics and implementation plans of green materials and the renewable energy in the construction of the urban garden landscape.
Decision-makers’ pursuing the greatness or perfection of a city, and the single evaluation mechanism resulted in the costly construction of the urban landscape, such as the image of the city lighting engineering, which not only consumes large amount of energy, forms heat island effect, but also causes light pollution.
"( Article 4.1.1) However, in reality, whether the current municipal engineering or real estate projects, most of them pursue immediate interests and economic benefits, and constructing projects at the cost of undermining the ecological environment can be seen everywhere.

The developmental trends of the assessment on substructure are, 1) the uncertainty evaluation methods, such as uncertain analytical hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive assessment theory, will be the core of new assessing systems; 2) researching on the method, equipment and instruments of testing and inspection that can be scientifically and efficiently inspect the underwater or underground indices, and establishing uniform evaluation indices and assessment criteria based on engineering data, engineering experiences and experts’ knowledge; 3) establishing aging models of materials on the basis of influence factors and defect mechanisms are deeply studied; 4) instituting bridge assessment code with uniform evaluating indices, flexible evaluating frame and solid foundation of theoretic, to instruct the technical assessment on structure of the existing mid-small span bridge.
