In this paper, using the annals data of 1996-2011 establishes some kind of model of carbon emissions and economic growth regression analysis to determine the relationship of the carbon emissions generated by energy consumption and economic growth, and forecasts the carbon emissions trend, and will provide practical policy recommendations for low-carbon development in Hebei Province.
2.
Study of the relationship between carbon emissions and economic development in Hebei Province a) Data sources The historical energy consumption data in 1996-2011 (million tons of standard coal), the proportion of four major fossil fuels (coal, oil, gas, water and electricity) accounted for the total energy consumption, Calendar year's per capita GDP, and the consumer price index which were used in the article were all from the Hebei Economy Yearbook.
Then foreign scholars using the time series and cross section data or panel data do a large of empirical analysis on the environmental kuznets curve.
By using SPSSv17, the paper carries out the data from 1996 to 2011 to do regression analysis, the graphics are shown in figure 3 below: The results derived from curve estimation, carbon emissions and the explaining variables equation is linear when R2 = 0.938, namely carbon emissions are highly correlated with economic growth.
In hebei economic annual energy consumption data, we can clearly see that in the consumption of energy, the coal consumption rate has reached 90% on average, while the consumption of natural gas and hydropower is very low, so we should change the coal-dominated energy consumption structure.

Preliminary comparative tests show a significant reduction of tool wear when machining 4140 steel in minimum quantity lubrication.
Their relationship and how data compared with published information follow.
Each data block is 10x5mm, 300 kPa nozzle pressure, 128 m/s nozzle speed, max: more than 35 m/s. 5mm Fig. 5: Droplet density and flow profile by particle image velocimetry. 480 kPa input pressure, 8 strokes/min.
After 75 consecutive passes, the flank wears and wear fraction for tools machining in air, flood, and MQL are 0.167 mm, 0.094 mm (43% reduction), and 0.055 mm (67% reduction).
Although not quantifying, significant reduction in crater wear and nose wear are seen for tool machining in MQL (Fig. 6).

As specified in the data sheet, the individual cast of polymer composite was allowed to cure under a load of 40kg at room temperature for 24 hours before it is removed from the mould.
Statistical analysis shows that G10E30 offers 2.2% weight reduction when compared with G10E despite the fact that they contain same fibre contents.
Conclusion This experimental study has been able to offer weight reduction as evident in the panel weight analysis.
This study has equally shown the influence of oriented reinforced composite in weight saving which is a novel approach in energy reduction as per insulated panel payload in refrigerated vehicles.
Part of the progress made in this study is the prospect of energy reduction if oriented reinforced composite sheets is adopted as cover sheet of insulated panel.

The following data was taken as the optimization parameters: y1 – process specific output, [t/(m2h)]; y2, y3 – impact resistance(x) and friction resistance (x1).
To a certain degree it was confirmed by the experiment data when the layer height was increased to 700 mm, the fuel consumption comprised 4.8 % and vacuum under the furnace grate was not enough and equaled only 5 kPa instead of 6 kPа.
Thus according to the sieving data the agglomerate after dropping contained 14.2 % of 5 – 0 mm fines and x and x1values equaled 75 and 5 %, correspondingly, at the sintered layer height of 500 mm.
This is also confirmed by the filtration rate data.
Higher strength of the agglomerate produced at comparative fine ore sintering is evidenced by test data as per GOST 15137-77.

A real machine is finally manufactured and related data is measured and obtained according to the 3D model of the mechanical structure designed according to the plan and through the motion simulation on the 3D model.
The two speed-reduction stepping motors for clamping and shearing are fixed on the baseboard with screws.
We know from the data in Table 1 that the maximum total mass of spare parts is 17.899Kg.
The output torque of the shearing speed-reduction stepping motor is 6 N*M.

The ferromagnetic garnet has been popularly used in very high frequency (microwave), telecommunication and data storage applications due to their interesting magnetic and magneto-optic properties [2,3] and also widely used in electronic devices as isolators, circulators, transmitter, and transducers of acoustic energy [4,5].
The temperature reduction and percentage hydrogen consumed are presented in Table 2.

The activation energy of the reduction process was found to be 47.21±2.83 kJ/mol.
For kinetics study, taking data from Figure 1 and plotting the function f(x) = 1-2X/3-(1-X)2/3 agent time where X is the overall fractional decomposition of zinc ferrite gave results that confirmed the existence of pore-diffusion control as shown in Figure 7.
No previous report can be found concerning the activation energy values of zinc ferrite reduction by iron powder or EAF dust reduction by iron powder.
Zinc oxide product peak could be clearly seen from Figure 9 (b) to indicate the reduction process.

It was observed that 75% from the study data for this profile have had speeds between 1.8 and 2.1m/min, with direct impact to increasing the efficiency of the continuous casting installation.
Curves of variation for minimum and maximum were obtained by processing data in Excel, without presenting the correlation equation.
The data regarding the secondary cooling conditions are given, synthetically, in the table 3.
Data regarding the secondary cooling No.
An important role has the implemented programs for the automation of the installation, which lead to reduction of fault occurring and steel releasing increase.

The proposed technique is tested on UCI data sets.
In the wrapper mode, the feature selection method evaluates the candidate features using the learning algorithm that is to ultimately be applied to the data.
The objective it to compare the classification accuracy, data reduction capability and the robustness of the margin based feature selection algorithms.
In order to test the robustness of the algorithms, we generate noisy data by randomly relabeling class labels of some samples, and then the relabeled samples are considered as noisy data.
It means feature selection based on BBL using FWL-L1 is better than the others about classification ability in raw data.

There are two ways to establish a sound data base: Manual data gathering, which is always associated with great effort or the usage of “big data”.
There are a few approaches which investigate data aggregation in particular as a type of data mining.
Data model.

At this point the aim is the reduction of the model’s complexity.
