Selecting different couple materials to carry on thermal balance clearance analysis, including metals used in water media.
Under different materials matching, the thermal balance curves were shown in Fig.3.
Therefore, we must pay attention to the thermal expansion and thermal conductivity when choose materials for friction pair.
(a) Matching between PH17-4 piston and different materials cylinder (b) Matching bewteen QAL9-4 cylinder block and different material piston Fig. 3 Influence of different couple materials Other influence factors.

The standard compaction test of materials conformed to test method T0804-94 in JTJ 57-94,very similar to ASTM D698/AASHTO T99 [6].
Fig. 2 shows the MDDs and the OMCs of the materials under the standard compaction condition.
Test results of UCSs of 6 materials with different aggregate are shown in Fig. 3, it indicates the UCSs of materials A, B, C, D, E and F all increase along with the age at different growth rates, as was anticipated.
Sequences of 7d, 28d and 90d UCSs of the materials are basically the same.
