It has been applied to the topology of charge density, especially electrons, for the purpose of analyzing the bonding properties of bulk solid materials.
The properties of solid materials can be usually being predicted from the valence and bonding preferences of its constituent atoms.
There are four main bonding can be found in semiconductor materials: ionic, covalent, metallic and molecular.
These materials have a single bonding type or mixtures of bonding type such as covalent and metallic or covalent and ionic.

Today, science is focusing on full integration of electronics into textiles.
Different materials are used to fulfil this task.
One drawback in using polyester fibres is that the material has a relatively low glass transition and decomposition temperature, compared to metallic gate fibres.

With the rapid development of LED, thermal performance of traditional plate is not in conformity with the requirements, so people use Al2O3 as heat sink materials[5].But the sintering temperature of pure Al2O3 is so higher, resulting in the abnormal grain growth, effect the mechanical properties of the material[6].
Stoichiometric ratios of Al2O3: SiO2: Li2CO3 = 99.2%: 0.4%: 0.4%, This three raw materials were mixed and placed in a ball mill was ball milled for 4 hours, drying.
By the quantum theory, Quantization of lattice vibration energy is called phonon[17, 18], Al2O3 ceramics materials mainly rely on phonon to achieve the purpose of the thermal conductivity.
