Silica sand powder mixed with slag powder complex technology used for PHC piles production Jiang Yuanhai College of civil engineering ,Jiaxing University,Jiaxing,Zhejiang,314001,China Szjyh888@163.com Key words: silica sand powder, slag powder, PHC pile, concrete, compressive strength Abstract: Design concrete mix used in the PHC pile production, silica sand powder and slag powder as a concrete admixture, replace a certain percentage of Portland cement, under the premise of meeting the PHC pile production requirements.
According to the cost of silica sand powder and slag powder, combining their only mixed situation and the characteristics of engineering construction, this paper determines the amount of silica sand powder substitute cement to 30-35%, ratio of slag powder substitute cement is 5-15% ,total substitute cement is 35-50%, of which the proportion of silica sand powder and slag powder is 3:1 ~ 5:1.
