Now WD-XRF analysis is universal used for metal materials, minerals, food and different kinds of environmental samples[1-4].
However, WD-XRF is seldom used in fertilizer analysis for lack of standard reference materials with similar matrices to the samples.

Polymer based treatments applied on recycled concrete aggregates SPAETH Valerie a, DJERBI TEGGUER Assia b Building materials department, IFSTTAR, Institute of science and technology, 58, boulevard Lefebvre, 75015 Paris, France avalerie.spaeth@ifsttar.fr, bassia.tegguer@ifsttar.fr Keywords: recycled concrete aggregates; concrete mix; water absorption; silicon-based agent; water repellent; polymer; cement materials; aggregate toughness Abstract: The recycling of concrete, bricks and masonry rubble as concrete aggregates is an important way to contribute to a sustainable material flow.
The building industry in particular is a major consumer of materials and at the same time a major producer of waste.
Materials and methodology Aggregates as substrates Natural and recycled aggregates were used as the coarse aggregate.
This kind of water repellent treatment already used as surface treatment for construction materials [17-18].

INTRODUCTION Nanoscale materials have attracted significantly scientific and industrial interests due to the fact that they demonstrate a variety of chemical, physical and functional properties different from the corresponding bulk materials.
Nanomaterials are classified into compact materials and nanodispersions.
The reason that nanoscale materials and structures are so interesting is that size constraints often produce qualitatively new behavior.
Therefore, the dielectric constant of nanostructured materials should be larger than that of the conventional materials [10].
