Abstract.
Aiming at the problem of poor anti-freeze durability[6] of ordinary concrete in brine environment,we put forward the concept of multi-channel protection to be anti-corrosion through improving the concrete material’s own performance and effective anticorrosion measures in external etc. This article selects XYPEX waterproofing materials as the protective coating material, the material has been widely used in engineering, and achieved good waterproof effect [7].This trial has produced high performance concrete with certain anti-freeze durability, then waterproof material was daubed outside or mixed in concrete specimens, and created the different specimens to study the anti-freeze durability.

Furthermore, the effectiveness of FRP in enhancing column ductility related more closely to its tensile strength than stiffness, thus the application of GFRP confinement to concrete columns is promoted for engineering practice due to obtainability and economical concern.

1 Problem: Antinomy of protection and development
The Jinggang Mountain revolutionary base area is located in the middle of the LuoXiao Mountain between Jiangxi and Hunan provinces; it is the major revolutionary base in the second revolutionary civil war.
Guide the residents to participate in specific engineering planning and design of cultural relics, as the residents “was born and bred”, them have a unique understanding to the history of the style, often can put forward practical Suggestions.
The purposes of the program are to translate the public protection consciousness into protection action, make the top-down official protection together with bottom-up people protect together. 4 Conclusion The protection of historical reserve is a complicated social engineering, not only relate to their system consummation and protection technology improvement, but also closely relate with the social and economic development.
