Materials and Methods
For object of simulation the pipe billet from a steel sheet (steel grade X70) with a thickness of 30.9 mm after preliminary simulation of the roll bending process on three-roll bending machine according to the scheme that provides the most symmetrical geometry of the pipe billet was chosen [7].

The progress in material science and industry results in various ceramic materials.
General trend of time evolution of interfacial stress for various materials is similar.
The amplitudes of tensile stress for these materials are almost the same except for SiO2.The peak value for SiO2 is almost -0.37Gpa, while the peak value of other materials is just nearly -0.1Gpa.

Introduction
Organic matter in the make-up water for power plant boiler decompose some acidic materials, which cause mental corrosion of the boiler and steam turbine, and then the pH value of boiler water decreases, leading to scaling and corrosion of waterwall tubes, and causing the accidents such as boiler tube explosion, and so on, under high temperature and high pressure.
