The optimal process conditions are determined from the test, which will support the production in terms of theory and data. 1 Experimental Materials and Method 1.1 Experimental materials 1) The lean Cd solution, used as subject, is at pH 4.0~4.5, containing Zn 128.1g/L, Mg 20.54g/L, Na 2.66g/L, F 120mg/L. 2) Saturated NaF solution 46.8 g/L at 60 ℃; 10 g/L NaOH solution; H2SO4 solution. 1.2 Experimental Method With the single-factor test method, the NaF-based Mg removal test is conducted to investigate impact of NaF dose (prepared into appropriate saturated solution before being added into the lean solution), pH(conditioned with NaOH and H2SO4), the reactive duration, and the reactive temperature on NaF-based Mg removal.

As is well known that the maximum stress in stress concentration area on each double-notched specimen is not equal, but the stress will rapidly reduce and will become very close to the yield stress of materials when approaching the boundary of the stress concentration area.

Friction seems to be anisotropic with directions linked to the material anisotropy.
The yarn-to-yarn samples have been obtained by the “unweaving” of the same material.

Laser and fluid chemical etching of the difficult-to-cut materials for large-scale machining is proposed by our research group in recent years [1].
Experimental Materials and Research Methods Cr12 mold steel, W18Cr4V high speed steel are chosen as experimental materials, corrosion medium is diluted hydrochloric acid and nitric acid solution.
HCl as the corrosive combining etching Cr12: For oxygen the material oxidation reaction takes place first.
Therefore, the chemical reaction of combining processing primarily is the oxidation of materials reaction and oxide dissolution reaction.
