Progress with regard to high-rise building height, more storey, the site is narrow, professional cross construction density, compared with the industrial construction and general civil construction, the work surface is particularly narrow, difficult to meet in the work surface within the limited deployment synchronization discipline construction.
External coordination and cooperation mainly refers to the coordination between civil units, units of professional cooperation.
From a technical point of view, civil engineering, decoration professional form spatial restrictions on the installation of professional, the professional must accurately know their own professional building in which the position and range, and clear all kinds of professional well hole size, axis and elevation, height, and masonry thickness, slab thickness, beam size, in the pre construction and construction process, timely and accurately discover and solve the problems between the various professional.
Progress since the civil engineering, decoration, installation as an organic part of the high-rise building, the each other inevitably exist close contact, is actually the relationship between complementary and indispensable.
Pre control measures to control the construction of high-rise building concrete engineering quality includes the quality control process, the establishment of technology and engineering composite system, quality control points of the projects in the construction quality of the construction process.
