The results have shown that the honeycomb filled orthogrid core sandwich with carbon fiber face sheet provide increased structural properties for thin-walled engineering structures.
The experiments are made on small models and the results will be compared, in future researches, with the ones obtained with small models used for concrete forming in the civil constructions industry.
