Compared with the size control, the
morphology control is more difficult to achieve by means of classical methods of colloid chemistry [5,6].
The XRD results showed that the phase structure was calcite (not shown here).
The XRD investigation (Fig. 3) showed that PSMA influence the phase structures and phase compositions of the samples.
The pH of solution, concentration and relative ratio of PSMA and CaCO3 turned out to be important parameters for the control of morphologies and phase structure of CaCO3 particles.

Inclusion Complexes between Starch and Oleic Acid
as Hydrogel Materials

This indicated that the resulting crystalline structure of this complex was different compared to the complexes which was stored for 2-3h before freeze-drying (Fig. 2(b)).
In this case, the length of the cooling of the complexes suspension greatly affects the resulting crystalline structure of the starch-oleic acid complexes.
In this case, as the presence of the oleic acids inside the amylose chains resulted in a different molecular structures, hence different intermolecular interactions.

The growth was performed at different growth rates (3-10 µm/h using standard gas chemistry (H2+SiH4+C3H8) at temperature of 1600 oC and pressure of 200 mbar.
However, the surface step structure formed during in-situ etching replicates on the epilayer surface and results in high surface roughness.
We have achieved a growth rate of 10 µm/h using standard gas phase chemistry [4].
