Along with the development of material sciences, manufacturing techniques, and some other basic technologies, the permissibility limited speeds of spindle bearings are gotten higher and higher and the service lifetimes longer and longer[16], but it still can not satisfy the continually development of the high-speed electric spindle technologies.
At the same time, the state performances are compared in different materials such as steel (GCr15) and ceramic (Si3N4) which are made of the ball elements, in which the basic preload in axial is 35N and the lubricant oil is N32 for steamer machines.
