According to the related knowledge of elastic theory, make some assumptions on the conditions for models are: Assumption No.1: If a bolt or anchor with the length enough is pulled, and acted by the pull of F, at the same time, the grouting material, the bolt steel and the rock mass are on the elastic stage, but the phenomenon of opening and decoupling between the grouting material and the bolt steel do not appear.
Assumption No.2: If the grouting material is similar or close to the rock mass at the attribute of mechanical properties, or the grouting material is thin.

Introduction Nano-zinc oxide (ZnO) is a novel inorganic functional materials, which has attracted interests due to its excellent physical and chemical properties than ordinary ZnO[1-3].
In such a case, advantages of ZnO nanoparticles are further highlighted since nano materials can overcome the weaknesses of niclosamide exterminating snails, so the ZnO nanoparticles showed a high academic value obviously[5].
