The mechanisms of fatigue-crack propagation are examined with particular emphasis on the similarities and differences between cyclic crack growth in ductile materials, such as metals, and corresponding behavior in brittle materials, such as intermetallic and ceramics.
Fatigue, as understood by materials technologists, is a process in which damage accumulates due to the repetitive application of leads that may be well below the yield point.
The heterogeneity of material and stochasticity of microfracture and damage formation have a pronounced effect on the strength and fracture of materials, but can be hardly modeled with the use of the traditional methods, like the fracture mechanics or damage mechanics [11].

Introduction The Food Supply Chain comprises all entities dedicated to manufacturing products from the basic raw materials coming from primary activities to delivery of final products to the consumer [1].
But the high variability in quality of the production, handling and processing basic food raw materials creates uncertainty in the ability of the industry to assure a consistent supply of good quality and safe products to the consumer [9].

Fig.1 Piezoelectric pile work principle B Driver Lever Design and Test As a kind of new intelligent materials, direct piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials can turn mechanical force to current signal, the negative piezoelectric effect will turn electric fields to deformation and mechanical force, which realize the electromechanical coupling, vibration and current between the realization of the convenient and rapid transformation.
