Abstract: This paper begins with analyzing the characteristics of metro project construction, creatively puts forward building a metro project management system by using the existing 4G network.
The use of diagnostic reasoning of the fault tree, diagnostic reasoning of equipment monitoring alarms, reasoning of status monitoring information combined with expert online diagnostics and teleconferencing can realize remote diagnosis and follow-up program based on the diagnostic results. 3.2 Advantages and features of management system for metro engineering based on 4G network (1) Using a stable network provided by telecom providers can take advantage of the convenient and reliable 4G network, rather than paying a high price for the self-built network.
It gives the structure diagram and function chart of management system for metro project based on 4G network, and illustrates important functions and key technologies for achievement, which provides a convenient and inexpensive solution to the improvement of our highway engineering information and intelligence, as well as providing a reference to the improvement and betterment of the metro project construction.

Abstract.
The “blade edge projector” developed by the Frontier Engineering Equipment Ltd., a measurement manufacturer based on US, uses the “optical section” projection method to amplify 20 times as large as the measured objects so to measure blades, but its applicability is weakened by the low automation capacity.
The shortcoming of this method is that the built curve and surface are not smooth enough with the lack of identification of the edge of cloud Since most blades used in China’s civil aviation are outsourced from overseas, it is impossible to obtain original data from second processing and blade repair procedures. 3-D geometric models of engine blades on the basis of the concept of reverse engineering can help to address issues mentioned above.
