In the civil engineering for practical using, it is better to use corrosion rate rcorr [µm/year] in calculations, than the mass loss.
In the civil engineering, there are two models describing the changing of the reinforcement diameter in time due to corrosion in the case of uniform corrosion (Fig. 2).

Keywords: 4G Metro, Engineering Project, Management System
Abstract: This paper begins with analyzing the characteristics of metro project construction, creatively puts forward building a metro project management system by using the existing 4G network.
The use of diagnostic reasoning of the fault tree, diagnostic reasoning of equipment monitoring alarms, reasoning of status monitoring information combined with expert online diagnostics and teleconferencing can realize remote diagnosis and follow-up program based on the diagnostic results. 3.2 Advantages and features of management system for metro engineering based on 4G network (1) Using a stable network provided by telecom providers can take advantage of the convenient and reliable 4G network, rather than paying a high price for the self-built network.
It gives the structure diagram and function chart of management system for metro project based on 4G network, and illustrates important functions and key technologies for achievement, which provides a convenient and inexpensive solution to the improvement of our highway engineering information and intelligence, as well as providing a reference to the improvement and betterment of the metro project construction.
