During engineering construction, material cost which can reach up to 60% to 70%, accounts for the maximum in entire project cost [2].
Use of materials should be strictly controlled.
Material price is also a key point in reducing mater- ial cost.
To determine the material price, full investigation of material supply should be conducted by engineering, material, financial departments to find material supply source.
Engineering quality is formed during construction process.

Take time sequences of eight indexes (gross industrial output values of Manufacture of Raw Chemical Materials and Chemical Products, Manufacture of Medicines, Manufacture of General Purpose Machinery, Manufacture of Special Purpose Machinery, Manufacture of Transport Equipment, Manufacture of Electrical Machinery and Equipment, Manufacture of Communication Equipment, Computers and Other Electronic Equipment, and Manufacture of Measuring Instruments and Machinery for Cultural Activity and Office Work) as the reference sequences, which are labeled as X01, X02,... , X08, as shown in Table 1.
The top three factors are selected as the key service factors.
The first class industry is Manufacture of Raw Chemical Materials and Chemical Products(X01) and Manufacture of Medicines(X02).
Compared with other industries, Manufacture of Raw Chemical Materials and Chemical Products(X01) and Manufacture of Medicines(X02) are more dependent on the support of scientific research, technological services, and the business services, and the demand of Manufacture of Raw Chemical Materials for scientific and technical services is particularly urgent.

How to help them to walk freely and safely through visual engineering design is an important key.
When two or more source materials are combined, they are called a composite material.
They are often used as structural materials.
Material designs of composite materials are based on constants and loading conditions of source materials in terms of choosing the most suitable source materials and determining sizes and materials of elements [8][16].

One of the key options is focusing on innovative material that enables improvements on both energy efficiency and material efficiency of total product.
In this work, we tried to characterize some key performance indicators for lighting products (e. g. transmission and reflection) of those bio-based polymers in our engineering platform: a consumer luminaire system.
It means for most cases, the bio-based polymers are not drop-in replacement for its reference materials (PMMA or PC).
Concluding Remarks Bio-based materials have great potential as an enabler to improve eco-friendliness in lighting product.
Feasibility of innovative coating materials also shows that the progress of material can simplify current complex layer architecture in LED lighting.

Discussion of Task-Driven Teaching Approach through Software Engineering Teaching LI Hai-hua Faculty of Management Science and Information Engineering, Jilin University of Finance and Ecnomics , Changchun, China lihaihua_sarah@163.com Keywords: Task-Driven teaching approach; software engineering Abstract.
The teacher does not limit the method of fulfilling the task or the form and content of the finished works, but only provides the materials required to finish the task.
Perplexity in Software Engineering Teaching Software engineering is an engineering discipline to guide the development and maintenance of computer software.
Then how to apply task-driven teaching approach in the teaching of software engineering?
Since the teacher has prepared for the lesson, he (she) can easily tell the key and difficult contents.

It makes reference to the technology of mechanical engineering automation or semi-automated as possible , thereby greatly increasing the accuracy and precision mechanical engineering jobs. This paper describes the key technologies and applications in mechatronics engineering machinery.
Miniaturization and optimize the performance of mechanical systems are built on the basis of weight reduction on the mechanical body , and therefore we must first reduce the quality of the machine body , we can consider the choice of non-metallic composite materials instead of traditional steel materials.
The results show that the application of mechatronics technology in modern engineering machinery, not only effectively improve the work quality level of engineering machinery, and improves the working efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers.

Construction and Utilization of Post-earthquake Waste Building Materials Hao Tang1, a, Yanyan Xu2,b 1 Tianjing institude of urban construction architecture, Tianjin, 300384, China 2 Tianjing institude of urban construction architecture, Tianjin, 300384, China atanghao_tju@163.com, bxyy1651@163.com Key words: waste building materials; post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction; utilization; engineering design Abstract: Based on the fact that waste building materials are ample in post-earthquake remains, this paper proposes to reuse these materials in the post-earthquake construction.
Specific methods of application will be studied from three aspects: utilization design of waste building materials, control of engineering construction process, cyclic regeneration of waste building materials.
Therefore, it is time to consider the recycle of waste building materials in engineering projects.
In order to recycle the waste materials, three aspects should be taken into account: utilization design of waste building materials, control of engineering construction process, and cyclic regeneration of waste building materials (Fig 2).
However, as long as we can grasp the generation features of waste building materials as well as the post-earthquake engineering laws, we will find a method to make full use of the waste materials through a detailed analysis of the environmental conditions.
