Among the methods mentioned above, mechanical alloying has been used extensively to synthesize nanocrystalline materials.
Traces of starting materials, SrCO3 and TiO2, were undetectable after sintering at 1200°C, proving that the decomposition of the starting materials and the single-phase SrTiO3 can only be formed after heat treatment.
