To Study the Development Status of China's National Fitness Campaign

Abstract:

In this paper through the use of literature, survey visit and other methods, the author studies the development status of national fitness campaign in China. Some main problems are found as follows :national fitness concept which still needs to be enhanced, imbalances of the fitness development in different regions, irrational age structure participating in fitness, uneven groups participating in fitness activities, and lack of social sports instructors and so on.
