Optical glass (BK7) and microcrystalline glass
(GC1) are selected as the experimental materials.
For brittle materials, if the average grain size of the diamond wheel, grinding parameter and coolant are selected appropriate, the grinding will be performed in the ductile mode of the brittle material.

In all kinds of difficult processing materials, nickel-based high-temperature alloy is one of the most difficult processing materials, which has high cutting force and cutting temperature, the tool wear and work hardening are serious.
It can be used for processing high hardness of hard processing material.
The sensitivity analysis method can be applied to various materials cutting processing parameter sensitivity analysis.

Introduction Enamel materials with excellent chemical durability have been widely used in chemical industry [1,2,3].
Since enamel materials are brittleness inorganic materials, their thermal shock resistance can’t meet some special requirements over 200℃ temperature.
The excellent thermal shock resistance of enamel materials can’t be achieved by only changing the chemical composition of enamel frits [4,5].
