Materials and Methods Palm Ash.
Palm ash from local palm oil mill was used as raw materials to produce silica materials.
The materials were dried at 600C for 60 min in the oven, and then combusted at 8000C for 30 min in the tube furnace (VT Furnace, Model HTF-15/20).

Mechanical properties of materials vary depending on strain rate.
The model is a phenomenological model: It is not based on the traditional plasticity theory which reproduces several important material responses observed in impact and penetration of materials.
Table 2 lists the mechanical properties of the as-received materials.

Currently the agricultural wastes biology materials using as adsorbent for heavy metals removal were rice straw, corn bars, bagassem, peanut shell, soybean hulls, corncobs,et al.
The raw materials themselves have some natural group and micro-pore structure for ion-exchange adsorption, can using for adsorption of some heavy metal ions, But adsorption capacity also needs to be improved.
Disposal of agricultural waste by chemical modification, increasing its surface area or active groups, can assign higher adsorption performance for these biology materials [3-5],.
There was a great amount of corncobs materials in agriculture wastes every years and the corncobs materials was cheap and easy to get.

Microstructure and Properties of AZ31B Magnesium-LY12 Aluminum Alloys Diffusion-bonded Joint Shuang-ming DU and Qian QIN College of material science and engineering, Xi’an University of Science and Technology, Xi’an 710054, China College of material science and engineering, Xi’an University of Science and Technology, Xi’an 710054, China shuangmingdu@163.com, qianqincl@163.com Qian QIN Keywords: AZ31B/LY12, Diffusion bonding, Microstructure, Mechanical properties.
So the vacuum diffusion welding have received more attention in the welding of dissimilar materials, but it forms a series of MgxAly brittle intermetallic compound at the joint due to the very small mutual solubility of the two materials while welding Mg/Al by diffusion welding directly, which deteriorates the microstructure and mechanical properties of welding joint [5].
Research shows that, the middle layer of suitable material has a positive effect on inhibiting formation of brittle intermetallic compound between dissimilar metals, and is an important way to improve the welding properties of diffusion welding about dissimilar materials [6,7].
