Considering material partial coefficients of slope’s weak layer, then, the weak layer is reduced by the strength reduction method.
Weak layer material strength design value as calculating the initial values.
Due to the Mohr - Coulomb yield criterion can well describe most of the strength characteristics of rock and soil materials.

The properties and charecteristic of durian skin fibers are within the propertise of lignocellulosic fiber which is suitable for development of biocomposite materials.
Materials and Method Materials preparation Durian skins were obtained from local market.
Moisture content was determined according to ASTM D4442-92 for direct moisture content measurement of wood and wood based materials.
According to Roncero [11], the intensity peak at the maximum at 2θ angle, between 22o and 23o for the crystalline materials, while for amorphous materials is between 18o and 19o.

This technology involves two different types of materials: one hygroscopic(biomass) and one hydrophobic(plastic), so there are issues of phase separation and compatibilization[5].
According to predetermined formulations, raw materials were added in a high speed mixer, mixing for 10 min at 86℃.
When materials were withdrawn by tensile force, stress concentration were formed in these tiny defects, so that the material fractured under a relatively small tension.
