To guarantee that the material removal state on both sides was symmetrical, spiral down milling method was selected in the both process plans in the experiment.
Under the premise of the same material removal volume, average deformation generated in uniform allowance process δmean is equal to 0.21mm, and that in non-uniform allowance process is 0.102mm.

Airbag Materials and Reinforcing Structure The material for airbag is required to have characteristics of high strength and resilience, heat resistance, high limpness and low density.
Nowadays, materials for fabrics are polyamide (PA) (also known as Nylon) and polyester, and coating materials are silicone rubber [4].
For floatation airbags used for marine boats, additional fabrics are integrated as reinforcing band materials.
Other materials include Kevlar and Vectran fabrics.
