Since then, researchers have focused their attention on the detailed mechanism of photon energy transfer into electrical energy in organic semiconductor materials.
As is well known, the molecular interactions within organic materials are weak compared with that of conventional semiconductors.
An understanding of the HOMO-LUMO structure may encourage broader applications of organic semiconductor materials, such as photodetectors [3,4].

TiO2 hollow sphere was synthesized by hydrothermal method using Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and Ti (SO4)2 as raw materials.
In this work, TiO2 hollow spheres were synthesized template-free by hydrothermal method using Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and Ti (SO4)2 as raw materials.The photocatalytic performance of TiO2 hollow spheres for the Hg0 photocatalytic oxidation removal from coal-fired flue gas was investigated.

The Materials Studio package was used, specifically the program CASTEP, utilizing Perdew Burke Ernzerh of exchange-correlation pseudo-potentials.
To this end, we used a novel method, so-called materials calculation, to study the crystal surface of α-alumina.
All the face energy calculation were carried out using the Castep module in Materials Studio, using the Geometry Optimization task in Castep.
The XRD spectrum indicates that the particles areα-Al2O3. the explantion for the experiment result as below which has been accepted by materials scientist.

Experimental materials and equipments The commercial reaction sintered Al2O3, Si3N4 and SiC were taken as specimens in the experiment.
The dimension of all experimental materials, respectively, were 45mm, 4mm and 3mm, cut by the CHN300 CO2 laser unit beforehand.
However, since the hard-brittle characteristic of engineering ceramics, the polishing efficiency for ceramics was lower than many other materials.

In China, steel slag accumulated over 2 milliontons, only 10% [1] of which was used as metallurgic materials, building materials and in other low value added fields, increasing year by year.
