Introduction
Cuprous oxide, Cu2O, is one of the most promising materials to be applied as a p-channel material for transparent thin-film transistors (TFTs).
Strontium titanate SrTiO3 (STO) is known as one of the best characterized perovskite class materials; it has a cubic crystal structure with the advantage of a high dielectric constant of er = 300 for bulk material at room temperature.

Gypsum sample is a bassanite sample supplied by Taishan Pengcheng Construction Materials Corporation of Shandong, China.
The hydration products of the lime-GBFS paste are mainly amorphous materials, and only a small amount of crystalline materials of CH, CaSO4·2H2O and CaCO3 were detected, as well as a small amount of CSH and C2S.
Thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) is an important method to study the composition of hydration products of cementitious materials.
