Introduction In recent years, with the development of LED, the light conversion materials have become a research hotspot [1-9].
Eu3+ is widely used in red light-emitting materials because of its red radiation transition 5D0→7F2 [1-8],so the study of its red light-emitting properties in phosphate host has important significance.
The applied experimental materials were analytically pure BaCO3,(MgCO3)4•Mg(OH)2•5H2O,NH4H2PO4,Li2CO3,Na2CO3,K2CO3 and Eu2O3 (purity : 99.99%).

Materials and Methods The material used in this investigation was 30CrMnSiNi2A steel with the following chemical composition: 0.26~0.34 C, 0.9~1.2 Si, 1.0~1.3 Mn, 0.015 S, 0.025 P, 1.4~1.8 Ni, 0.9~1.2 Cr, 0.25 Cu, 0.20 W, 0.15 Mo and the rest Fe (wt %).
The maximum tensile stress would move from material surface into material interior, thus the fatigue cracks would produce in a certain tensile stress area under residual compressive stress layer instead of emerging in material surface.
At this time, because fatigue cracking behaviors of materials were closely related to the dislocation motion kinetics, the dislocation of fatigue source could freely spread at the material surface.
