A comparative study among single dielectric (high-k and low-k dielectric materials) and dual-dielectric (Hetero-Dielectric) based p-i-n and p-n-i-n TFET architectures has also been made.
Case (c) represents Hetero-Dielectric materials where both the dielectric materials have been coupled together in order to obtain an optimum performance of the device with improved on-state current and suppressed ambipolar behavior.

Experimental Materials.
It can be seen that the size of the P(St-AA) particles is smaller than conventional plugging materials and probably can be used as effectively plugging materials during the drilling in shale formation.
So the sample 1 is probably can be used as an candidate of plugging materials during drilling in shale formation.

Although it improves recovery efficiency of heavy particles in heavy material groove, it makes light particles’ backflow easily under the action of centre whirlwind flow and light material flows into the air-separator’s front further.
