Here, the clusters for all the studied CDW materials can be easily distinguished, and for any data a probability of matching any of these groups could be easily calculated.
Using selected features describing the texture of individual CDW materials can be further used for training of machine learning algorithms and provide the reduction of input space from the number of pixels (times the color channels) to a few features.

Although there is a large amount of literature on the influence of scratches on the fatigue life of aluminium alloys, to the best of the authors knowledge, systematic investigations about the combined influence of both scratches and porous anodic coatings on the reduction the fatigue life of the material are still scares [23].
Once enough data is obtained, a set of categories will be determined and the effect of each category of scratches on the properties of the parts will be measured.

From traditional cutting experiment, detected data of cutting force and heat can be easily obtained, but it is hard to obtain the distribution characteristics of the stress field and the temperature field.
Moufki A. and Devillez A., found that with the reduction of the contact time in high speed cutting, the first deformation zone has a much smaller temperature influence on the second deformation zone than a conventional cutting, which is coincided with cloud image of stress field and temperature field simulation.

The polarization also contributes to the slope reduction when NOx concentration increases.
Figure 5 illustrate the experimental data for I-V curve of a NOx sensor without (for the curve with black round point and there is no voltages were applied on 1st and 2nd pumping electrodes) and with (triangle point) the NGK control (The 1st and 2nd pumping electrode were controlled with the NGK control strategy while voltage applied on NOx sensing electrode were controlled through a Keithley 2420 power source).

Component makers can therefore use smart materials to simplify products, to add new functions, to upgrade performance, to improve reliability and to reduce component cost accompanied by a significant reduction in mechanical complexity and size (see Fig. 1).Shape memory alloys are functional materials with a multitude of different dependant properties.
On the other hand, using currents higher than 180 mA, the actuation is so fast that the wire acceleration cannot be exactly controlled by the position sensor, due to its slower response time. 0 100 200 300 400 500 40 60 80 100 120 140 Temperature [°C] Stress [MPa] As Af Ms Mf     ° = C MPa dT d 2.8 σThese data may be collected varying the wire operating conditions, such as the fixed stroke, so to have a picture of the actuation times using different heating currents.

This findings further reitrate the usefulness of lubricating oil in corossion reduction in cassava processing industry in the area of equipment maintenance.
Based on the interpretation of the data and results obtained, the mild steel sample would be best utilized in lubricating oil environment, which has exhibited the lowest corrosion effect.

A further reduction of losses has been achieved by replacing the Si IGBTs by SiC MOSFETs.

The path of the beam is driven by the geometric data of a CAD model and only powder, which should make up a part gets fused, while the rest stays in powder form.
With a corrected scale factor the accuracy could be improved by one order of magnitude to 0.04 mm including a reduction in variation of the same magnitude.

Figure 3(c) shows the results obtained for the temperature sensitivity of the Ti-6Al-7Nb specimens by substituting the experimental data shown in Fig. 2 into Eq. (2).
It is observed that the higher strain rate prompts an increase in the number of dislocations and a reduction in the dislocation cell size.
