Abstract.
At the same time, the TMV5-MK wire provides a reduction in spatter losses, an increase in welding productivity and high mechanical properties of the weld metal.
It is shown that the stability of the welding process is significantly affected by the electrodynamic properties of the power source and this factor must be taken into account when evaluating the welding and technological properties of welding wires and developing recommendations for their use.
TMV5MK wire is adapted to carbon dioxide and argon based mixtures and standard welding equipment and provides high mechanical properties of the weld metal. 5.
The electrodynamic properties of the power source have a significant impact on the stability of the welding process, and this factor must be taken into account when optimizing welding conditions.

The foam concrete compositions that can significantly reduce the Portland cement consumption and at the same time increase its strength properties are proposed.
The use of fosta nylon fibers in foam concrete increases their strength properties and positively affects the structure.
The main parameters of the dispersed reinforcement were taken as variable factors.: Х1 – is the percentage of reinforcement by volume , % (0,02; 0,20; 0,38; 0,56;0,74); Х2 – is the ratio of fiber length to diameter (200, 600, 1000).
Summary It can be concluded that the introduction of a sufficient number of short fibers into the foam concrete matrix leads to the material’s hardening, which is ensured not only by the reinforcing properties of the fibers, but also by their ability to positively affect the structure of cellular concrete.

This work investigates the effect of irradiation on mechanical properties of UHMWPE.
Mechanical Properties: Linear reciprocating apparatus was used to carry out tribological tests as shown in Fig. 1.
These tests were carried out with original (Or), irradiated (Irrd), and thermal treated (re-melting - RM) of UHMWPE samples to find the effect of both radiation and thermal treatment on the mechanical properties.
Table 1.: The physical and mechanical properties of original, irradiated and re-melted UHMWPE samples.
Conclusions The mechanical properties of UHMWPE were affected by the gamma radiation and thermal treatment (re-melting).

Then the samples would be tested for tensile property, bending property and impact property.
Besides, a low amount of powder don’t affect the compatibility as image 3 and 4 basically.

Many of these films have been found to display unique mechanical, physical and electronic properties and thus possess great potential for application in tribology, as well as protective and decorative coatings.
Accordingly, traditional model methods with characteristic mechanical properties have more difficulty in achieving good results.
However, an ANFIS model for mechanical properties of DLC multilayer films is developed, where the hybrid learning approach is used to optimize the parameters of the adaptive network.
An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was progressed with S/N ratios to detect the effects of factors and was used to examine the influenced factors for quality of films efficiently.
The important factors are identified according to analysis of variance.

The influencing
factors on the RID process were studied and laid a theoretical basis for the further development of
this kind of technique.
They have great effects on the microstructures and properties of the alloy.
They even can lead to the formation of the crack source and hard spots in the metal, thus the machinability, the surface smoothness and the mechanical properties of the casting, especially the toughness and fatigue resistance, will become worse [6, 7].
The influencing factors of RID process were discussed by varying the rotational speed and depth of impeller, the amount of water, and the gas feed rate.

A new model based on least square support vector machines (LSSVM) and capable of forecasting mechanical and electrical properties of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloys has been proposed.
Because of low price, outstanding properties and being harmless to the health, Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloys have been considered as substitutes for Cu-Be alloys.
How to improve the overall properties of these alloys has been the subject of a number of studies.
As mentioned above, the affecting factors of properties of Cu-15Ni-8Sn-0.4Si alloy are very complex and hard to be described by physical models.
