Abstract: The long afterglow luminescent materials Sr3Al2O6: Eu2+, Re3+ ( Re= La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Er) were synthesized via solid-state reaction.
The materials were weighted according to the composition of (Sr2.8Eu0.1Re0.1)(Al1.8B0.2)O6 ( Re= La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Er).
The raw materials added with proper analytical alcohol were mixed thoroughly by a magnetic stirring for 2 h and then dried at 100 °C for 8 h.

Introduction
Many porous materials, such as filter materials made of sintering metals, lagging materials, fireproof materials and so on, are utilized for various fields.
The authors[5,6] also have dealt with statical problems and dynamical ones of axisymmetrical shells made of porous materials.
And the authors[7,8] also have dealt with dynamical problems of axisymmetrical thin shells made of the multi-layered porous materials and the functionally porous materials.
