To fabricate fine spherical iron-based composite powders with carried
alumina abrasives by plasma spraying, the following powder spraying methods were carried out: (1)
simultaneous spray method - spraying each raw material simultaneously from respective main and
side nozzles, (2) direct spray method - spraying of mechanically mixed raw materials from main
nozzle.

This starts with the material preparation, which includes mixing anode and cathode material with binder and other additives in order to set the desired particle properties of the active material (e.g. particle size distribution, morphology etc.).
The FMEA has a long tradition in engineering science as a bottom-up approach to identify and assess potential failures of components and products as well as processes.
In production scale, an optimum utilization of material is pursued, so that the algorithm provides a first evidence for material utilization.

Overseas, the heat pump distillation technology has been successfully applied to a variety of chemical installations and the separation of different materials [4,5].
The bottom reboiler of the column supplys heat with heated steam to make gas material rise up in the tower after vaporization, then it transfers heat and mass with the drop of liquid material in the tray.
For two different distillation system, the conventional distillation column and heat pump distillation column, the study materials of distillation is the ideal binary propylene-propane system. the paper applied a static simulation program to analyse the impact of feeding state on the energy-saving effect of the heat pump distillation at the same pressure, and then compare it to the simulation results of the conventional distillation column.

In addition, there are fire-sealing-gable-styled houses and ‘hybrid houses’ which are influenced by the limitation of geographic environment and materials etc..
In terms of building materials, the mostly used material are all local materials such as wood, stone, soil.
Soil is mainly used as the main materials for walls or surface materials.
The material expression will help people understanding the historical value and realistic value of Meishan Culture profoundly.
