Introduction Empty Palm Oil Fruit Bunches (EPOFB) represent a significant biomass resource that can be transformed into valuable carbon materials, including graphite [1].
Based on these findings, acid pre-treatment is crucial for enhancing the conversion of biomass into carbon materials.
This finding underscores the importance of acid pre-treatment in optimizing the preparation of biomass-derived carbon materials for advanced applications.
The IG/ID ratio is a crucial parameter in evaluating the graphitic content and structural quality of carbon materials.

Introduction InP is one of the most important compound semiconductor materials, and also the key material for the manufacture of the optoelectronic, microelectronic devices and circuits.
In general, the compound semiconductor materials prepared by the LEC method and specially HP-LEC method have high dislocation density which has an important relationship with the sliding movement of dislocations.

But NdFeB materials are usually processed into various kinds of shapes.
However, NdFeB materials are usually processed into various kinds of shapes, such as ring, arc shape and wafer.
In order to simplify the experiment, we use cylinder samples and non-ferromagnetic materials to represent the nonstandard samples and air gap, respectively.
