The main material and reagents of the experiment was: waterborne polyurethane (PU), butyl acrylate (BA), Methyl methacrylate(MMA), Acrylic acid (AA), Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) , Potassium persulfate (KPS), Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) , Rosin , deionized water .The reference chemical reaction mechanism was below: C=C Addition  1) MMA +BA C-R3-COOR4-C=C (PA) O=C=N-R1-N=C=O + C=C-R2-OH C=C-R5-R1-NH-COOCO-R2-C=C 2) PU + Vinyl monomers  C=C Copolymerization (Alkenyl capped PU) 3) PA + PU PUA (Alkenyl polymerize PUA) Results and Discussion A.
In order to understand the morphology of the latex particles, the Malvern particle size analysis for the PU raw materials and PUA composite emulsion was used, the results were shown in Fig. 2.

Through the processing simulation, NC machining simulation can simulate the overall process of NC machining intuitively in computer without using physical materials and occupying machine, also it can inspect the rationality and exactness of NC code, thus it plays a role of shortening product developing cycle, reducing the cost of product and improving utilization ratio of machine [3] [4].
This paper adopted three axis Siemens NC mill machine as the processing machine, selected ABS resin as blank material.

When the content of nano-particles is equal, the equivalent elastic modulus of materials with square particles is bigger than the equivalent elastic modulus of materials with round particles.
This may be related to the following factors: materials are assumed to be uniform and periodic; the thickness of interface layer is not considered; the complex reactions may occur in materials; test conditions and so on.
