From the polarity effect, the tool electrode should be anodal, and the discharge
duration should decrease to get both more removal of the tool electrode material and less removal of
the workpiece material, which is good for deposited material.
Thus, the components of deposited material depend on those of tool electrode material.

Technical Requirements of Waterproof Cohesive Layer Material
According to the development and application of waterproof cohesive layer material in steel deck pavement in domestic and foreign, this paper take epoxy asphalt as the test material.
Epoxy asphalt is a thermosetting material which has two components of A and B.
The material properties are shown in Table 1-3.

Aspects of The Use of New Energy and New Technologies. Ⅰ.Establishing access system of building energy-saving materials.
Meanwhile, it is suggested that the government building energy-saving materials quality good and bad are intermingled, based on the current market ,s energy-saving building materials quality varies greatly, ranging from high and low prices, competitive market conditions over the chaotic situation, the establishment of energy-saving building materials access system, unified examination to confirm producers, certification and eligibility list were from quality assurance fundamentally saving building materials, thus contributing to the promotion of energy efficiency in buildings. Ⅱ.Strengthen the detection analysis of building energy-saving products.
As the national standards of some new building materials did not promulgate and there is a gap in detection and energy conservation does not involve structural safety ,so quality supervision station at all levels not classified construction materials to the range of mandatory testing .
