When the patterns were compared with PDF#21-127 data files (2θ:25.50, 37.90, 48.10, 54.40,63.20, et al), it was found that all peaks observed for TiO2 and for1wt% Nd3+ doped TiO2 and1wt% Nd3+-CTAB co-doped TiO2 2θ values are consistent with anatase(101), (004), (200), (211) and (204) spacings, respectively.

According to the attached table data, the calculated Ca/P molar ratio was 1.42, which is in good agreement with stoichiometric value of 1.67.
