Introduction of the numerical simulation method In this paper, using the 3D finite difference calculation software-FLAC3D, rockburst mechanism of hard roof island working face is analysed by numerical simulation analysis.The software can be used to represent the different units and regional geological materials.
It can be highly nonlinear calculation of geological materials (including the strain hardening / softening), irreversible shear and compaction, viscoelastic (creep), porosity stress seepage coupling, thermo mechanical coupling and dynamics etc..
The FLAC3D program with isotropic elastic material model, the transverse isotropic elastic material model, Mohr Coulomb elastoplastic material model, strain softening / hardening plastic material model, double yield plastic material model, ubiquitous joint material model, the empty cell model and other constitutive model.It can be used to simulate the excavation of underground chamber and coal seam mining.The program can simulate the friction boundary, joints, faults and other interface unit sliding, closed, and open, and it can simulate the interaction support, anchor, lining of support and surrounding rock.
