In our study, a new kind of material was prepared by melt blending with PVC as the matrix and carbon black (CB) as the filler.
Experimental Materials.
It can be seen from Figure 1, the effect of CB content on notched impact strength of CB/PVC composite, with the amount of powder CB increasing, the notched impact strength of composite materials showed a linear increase trend, and increased by a big margin.

As a branch of science and technology English, EME also falls within the scope of the ESP.
The teaching practice for EME Reasonable selection of teaching materials Mechanical engineering English textbook choices should attract students’ interest, focusing on a comprehensive, practical coverage.
The overall professional content requires teaching materials should cover all aspects of mechanical engineering, such as the theory of machines and parts, mechanical engineering and parts, mechanical engineering materials, metal heat treatment, materials molding and processing, metal machining, CNC machining, machining, machine tools and process equipment, CAD/CAM, PLC and so on.
Comprehensiveness of integrated English skills demands that teaching materials include content in all aspects to develop learners’ competence to use English.

The carbon isotope ratio transferred from raw coals to biogenic methane in the simulation, indicating the significant relationship of source material inheritance.
Introduction Early studies on carbon isotope of biogenic methane were conduced worldwide in the field of natural resource and provide understanding about the material.
The law and factors of the variation have been discussed widely, and many explanations, such as biogas retention, desorption–diffusion-migrated fraction, carbon isotope exchange between methane and carbon oxide, isotope fraction, parent materials, and sedimentary environment, have been proposed.

Study on Pad Conditioning Parameters in Silicon Wafer CMP Process Zhaozhong Zhou1,2,a, Julong Yuan2,b , Binghai Lv 2,c and Jiajin Zheng1,d 1 West Branch of Zhejiang University of Technology, Quzhou,China, 324000 2 Ultra-precision Machining Research Center, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou,.China, 310014 a zzz8226@tom.com, b jlyuan@zjut.edu.cn, c lu-bt@sohu.com, d zjj@qzc.cn Keywords: Chemical mechanical planarisation (CMP), Pad conditioning, Material removal rate (MRR), Non-uniformity (UN), Orthogonal experiments design Abstract.
The study shows that the surface structure can be regenerated by breaking up the glazed areas with conditioner, MRR(Material Removal Rate) can be maintained at high level with proper pad conditioning, and UN(Non-uniformity)can also improved.
Fig.1 Schematic illustration of pad conditioning employed in CMP process Pad Surface Grazing and Conditioning During CMP process, the pad surface will be grazed in absence of conditioning, in other words the pores and concaves on pad surface will be filled up with removed material, abrasive grits and chippings from pad itself, which results in abilities deterioration in slurry and removed material transportation, mechanical action and chemical environment maintaining.
