Introduction Investigating thermal process and systems, determining heat conduction conditions, thermal characteristics of materials and other heat parameters are of high priority problems in design, reconstruction and retrofitting of devices of power engineering and industrial facilities.
The IHCP for identification of material thermal characteristics and internal heat source power has been researched in many publications [4-7].

Introduction Thermoelectric material, one of the most promising energy materials, has received more attention recently, since the engineering thermoelectric devices have been widely applied in the conversion of waste heat to electric energy as well as in solid-state Peltier cooling [1-3].
In engineering thermoelectric materials, bismuth telluride is usually made as n- or p-type thermal elements in thermal devices [4], and its figure of merit ZT is near unity, where ZT=α2σT/κ is the characteristic performance of thermoelectric materials and the parameters of α, σ, κ, and T are Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and Kelvin temperature, respectively.
Besides, the parameter of α2σ named Power Factor (PF) expresses the comprehensive electric properties of thermoelectric materials.

Mechanics is the branch of science concerned with the behavior of physical bodies when subjected to forces or displacements, and the subsequent effects of the bodies on their environment.
It can also be defined as a branch of science which deals with the motion and force of the particular object.
The conference is sponsored by International Materials Science Society, and the proceedings are published by international journal Advanced Materials Research.
The selected, peer reviewed paper from AMFSM 2013 focus on three topics: (1) Applied Mechanics, Fluid and Solid Mechanics, (2) Materials Science and Technology, (3) Analysis and Design of Machine Parts and Mechanisms for Industry.

After setting up thermal insulation materials of hard polyurethane with thickness of 0.03m and coefficient of heat conductivity of 0.0209, negative temperature is still 2.5m at the point 3m away from the portal, while for the rock mass 100m and 500m away from the portal, the maximal depth of negative temperature is less than 1m.

As the superplastic material is much more sensitive to strain rate rather than to strain, the stabile deformation stage is quite shorter than the quasi-stabile deformation under load instability which actually makes superplastic material obtain a remarkable elongation.
Therefore, the present theories concerning plastic instability of sheet forming is not suitable for superplastic materials, and there is little study on tensile instability of superplastic forming ]101[ − .
