In recent years, with the improvement of ozone generator performance, pre-ozonation method has begun showing a very broad application prospect in drinking water treatment because of its unique advantages, such as strong oxidation , large reaction velocity, local production, raw materials readily available, easy to use and so on[1], [2].
There are many kinds of suspended substances, colloidal materials, plankton, microbes and other impurities with different size, weight and shape, in surface water.

The Li+ extraction/insertion with this material were investigated by X-ray, FT-IR spectroscopy, and Kd measurement, The chemical analysis showed that the Li+ extraction/insertion be progressed mainly by an ion-exchange mechanism.
